Carlos Ray "Chuck" Norris was born March 10, 1940. He is an American martial artist, actor, film producer and screenwriter. Norris won many martial art championships and actually founded his own discipline, Chun Kuk Do. Norris is a black belt in Jiu jitsu and has trained many Hollywood celebrities in martial arts. Before stardom Norris was born in Oklahoma and joined the Airforce when he came of age. In 2005, Chuck began appearing on the internet by people displaying "absurd hyperbolic claims" about his toughness, attitude, sophistication and masculinity. He actually found them to be quite funny and was not offended by the posts. Due to his rise in popularity from the jokes, Norris visited troops in Iraq for a morale boost and appeared on numerous talk shows and infomercials.
